Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Veil Concierge.
Client Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service are non-refundable.
Changes to Bookings
Clients may request changes to bookings at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Company Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Veil Concierge must cancel a service, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled service without prior cancellation will forfeit any payments made and be charged in full for their booking.
